Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for following up on company generated leads, generating new business, developing customer relationships, and selling our top-notch fencing products and services.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads to develop a strong sales pipeline.
Meet with potential customers to assess their fencing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Effectively present and sell a variety of fencing products, including but not limited to wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental fences.
Negotiate prices and terms with clients to close sales deals.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to project completion, ensuring excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and client interactions.
Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends and product innovations to better serve customers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.
Previous experience in the construction, home improvement, or fencing industry is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to exceed targets.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to meet clients (if applicable).
