Job description
This is a remote position.

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Part-Time Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure a positive experience while assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting our sales and service processes.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.

Understand customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.

Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any emerging issues.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve our processes, products, or services.

Participate in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and company updates as needed.

Goals:

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Effectively manage a variety of customer interactions in a timely and courteous manner.

Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the customer support team.

Requirements



Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Comfortable using basic computer applications, including MS Office and email.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Ability to stay calm and professional when handling customer concerns.

Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new tools or procedures.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

A friendly, customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help others.

High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is a plus but not necessary.

Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but not required — we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.
