As an Entry-Level Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities that contribute to the growth of our sales pipeline. You will be an integral part of the sales team, working closely with other team members to prospect, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demos for our Account Executives to close deals. If you’re a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and relationship-building, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect New Business: Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.

Qualify Leads: Assess leads to determine whether they meet our target criteria and qualify them based on factors such as budget, need, authority, and timeline.

Schedule Meetings: Arrange meetings, product demos, or calls between qualified prospects and our sales team.

Maintain CRM Data: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads and prospects in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and outreach strategies.

Track and Report Progress: Monitor the success of your outreach efforts and provide regular reports on lead generation progress, challenges, and achievements.

Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong ability to build relationships and engage with potential clients

Motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus

Prior sales, marketing, or customer service experience (internships or part-time roles) is a bonus, but not required
