About the Role

As a Manager of Client Services, you’ll be the first voice families hear when they reach out to us. You’ll guide them through the enrollment process, answer questions, and recommend the right tutoring solutions to meet their needs. This is an inbound and outbound sales role—every call you take, every call you make, is with someone who reached out to us first. No cold calling involved!

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients by handling inbound and outbound calls with parents and students, providing detailed information about tutoring services, and addressing questions to build trust and understanding.
Conduct outbound outreach to potential families to initiate engagement, present service offerings, and generate new client sales.
Manage the full sales process from initial contact to enrollment, including follow-ups with interested families to assess readiness and address concerns.
Guide clients through onboarding, collecting relevant information to facilitate personalized tutor matching, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the operations team.
Maintain accurate records in the company’s custom CRM system.

Schedule

We’re hiring for the following full-time shifts (Pacific Time):

Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Includes a 1-hour lunch break.
Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Includes a 1-hour lunch break.
Each Client Services Manager also works 12–16 weekend days per year, which are flexible and paid as overtime. Occasionally, you may work 15–30 minutes past your scheduled time to complete a call.
